Issues While Committing New Products (Doc ID 727577.1)

Following error occurs while trying to commit new product/deal/plan to the 7.3.1 BRM instance:

E Wed Sep 10 12:00:00 2008 test01 cm:6282 fm_bill_utils_bal_grp_lock.c:1179
no poid to lock

This happens on both the loadpricelist utility as well as the pricing center.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open pricing center.
2) Create a new product using the wizard.
3) Commit to the database.

1) Create a product xml file.
2) Use loadpricelist to load it to the database.
