Getting Cannot Find ODBC.DLL Error During Export in OFSA 4.5 (Doc ID 727908.1)

Note: All OFSA 4.5 products have reached sustaining support.


In Oracle Financial Services Applications (OFSA) 4.5, when you try to export an OFSA ID, you receive the following errors:

File Error
Cannot find ODBC.DLL

followed by:

Error: session::AttachDB()
Error Loading Database Driver DLL

You have already reviewed Document 189331.1 "How to Setup 32-bit Merant/Data Direct dBASE Driver for Import and Export Functionality".  Your setup is correct.

Steps to replicate:

1. Log into an OFSA module (Ex. Oracle Performance Analyzer)
2. Open an OFSA ID (ex. Tree Rollup ID, Allocation ID, etc.)
3. Select "File" > "Export"
4. Enter the export file name and click OK

The error appears.
