Can A GL Report Generates Delta Data When Run Many Times During A Day Using Billing And Revenue Management (BRM) System (Doc ID 727980.1)

Goal

As pin_ledger_report doesn't take DATE and TIME as command option, if pin_ledger_report was run at 12:00 noon on Feb 10 and got 10 records, if the same command was run again on the same day at 7:00pm, it will pick up the 10 records plus anything process after 12:00 noon.

How to get the delta data when the report is run at 7:00pm, i.e, only get the data after last time the report was run (between 12:00 noon and 7:00pm)?
