Mobile Workforce Management End of Day (EOD) Does Not Complete or Process Completes With Errors Due to ODBC Driver Configuration

We have seen EOD run but not complete the full process. In this case, older orders remain in the system and continue to display on the Gantt. Also, we have seen the End Of Day (EOD) process generate the error message "EOD has completed but with errors" occur several times a week. EOD appears to actually complete without any issues. This appears to be a problem with how the Oracle Database may have been installed on the new server.
