OC/RDC 4.5.3 IS CURRENTLY NOT SUPPORTED FOR NLS

Symptoms
Oracle does not currently support the NLS option yet for a 4.5.3 database. RDC 4.5.3 HTML Data entry is NOT supported for NLS.
RDC 4.5.3 provides not only the new RDC Onsite with HTML data entry, but also the re-implementation of the Patient Data Report (PDR). In a 4.5.3 environment, the Patient Data Report is replaced with the new 4.5.3 version.
When NLS is installed, the new PDR does not show the audit history or discrepancy details.
HTML DE should only be looking at the language set in the NLS_CONFIG reference codelist (Admin -> Reference Codelists -> Local Codelists -> NLS_CONFIG, Reference Codelist Value LANGUAGE) if the study is NLS enabled (Conduct -> Security -> Clinical Study States form).
This option only appears if the NLS option is installed in the database. Otherwise, it should be looking at the global language.
If the NLS_CONFIG reference codelist value LANGUAGE is set to anything other than "en_US" (and the database is NLS enabled) errors can occur opening a CRF from RDC 4.5.3.
