Fct_aggregate Does Not Return Error When The Disk Space Is Full

When an aggregation counter is set up to create aggregation files based on certain aggregation scenarios, FCT_Aggregate module does not return error when the disk usage becomes 100%.

The expected behavior for the FCT_Aggregate module is to return with error, should these aggregation files failed to get created during rating.
