CCB Error Using Context Menu Of The Customer ID In The Payment Upload Staging Page (Doc ID 729300.1)

Symptoms

A Server Error message is encountered when trying to navigate using the Context Menu of the
Customer ID in the Payment Upload Staging Page and the Customer ID has a value of more than 10 digits.

ERROR
ERROR (support.cobol.CobolByteBuffer) Cannot write string: '123456789012' (bytes =
49,50,51,52,53,54,55,56,57,48,49,50 ) to ByteBuffer because its byte length of 12 exceeds field
size of 10



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Main Menu > Financial > Payment Upload Staging +
2. Enter the required fields then add a 12 digit Customer ID.
3. Save
4. Click the Context menu of the Customer ID and try to navigate to another page (example Bill)
5. A server error message is raised.
