When validating usage for an Meter Data Management (MDM) Meter you receive the error, "Access is denied."
Error message may also be, "Failure Calling Rate LSADAPT0020: Error running Rate schedule. Details= Access is denied."
This occurs when the MDM Meter validation has a Rules Language (Rate Schedule) validation in the Validation Group.
This error may occur in the web interface, in the "Edit Values" screen. It may also appear when importing usage in MDM via the Adapter.
This has been seen when setting up a new MDM server. This has also been seen after integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) with EIP (Energy Information Platform) Security.
