Find Items stuck in Workflow as seen from user's inbox after changing user's UserID.
Expect Items in workflow to continue through after the UserID change
This issue can be reproduced by changing the UserID of any user that receives items in workflow.
All items that are still pointed to the user's old UserID are stuck in workflow
