Goal
Lets say there are two individual accounts account A and account B. Account B has referred the account A, and account B should get the discounts based on the activity of the account A.
The activity of the account A could be:
* Successful completion of the contract.
* The usage of the service like number of minutes.
The discount for the account B could be either free minutes or fixed amount.
