Running Parallel Instances Of Pin_bill_day Script Results In Duplicate Invoices

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When pin_bill_day script runs in more than one instance, some invoice objects get duplicated.


-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create 2 accounts.
2. Run pin_bill_day in 2 instances, simultaneously for first billing cycle.
3. A duplicate invoice object will get created which can be seen in database for the same bill object.

The following query shows the dublicate object:

select poid_id0,bill_no,account_obj_id0,bill_obj_id0 from invoice_t where account_obj_id0
=12345
