"Report Is Not Ready/Available" Message Generated When Trying To Open A Report (Doc ID 731889.1)

Symptoms


On AERS 4.5.1.47, when attempting to open a generated report as a specific user,
the following message is generated:


ERROR
"Report is not ready/available. Do you want to view the log?"

The "Process Log" tab for the corresponding report job is including the following message:


"Run Report request sent. Job ID: <AERS_Reports_Server_Name".
The user is not able to open the generated report while the other users are able to open it.




The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to AERS application as a specific user;
2. Open a case;
3. Click the report button, select the CIOMS I report and run it;
4. The system shows a message with the job number corresponding to the generated report.
    The report can not be opened from "All Report Jobs" folder.
