Symptoms

Balance Monitoring does not trigger notifications for the below scenarios 

Scenario No 1

1. Create customer account with credit limit: $100, threshold1 80%, threshold2 90%, and threshold3 100%.
2. Generate usage for $80 or exactly equal to threshold value
3. Run pin_monitor_balance

Expected Result: Notification should be generated for 80% threshold breach.
Actual Result: Notification generated for 80% threshold breach.
PASS

4. Now reset the thresholds with Credit Limit: $100, threshold1 85%, threshold2 90%, and threshold3 100% using the customer center or opcode

Expected Result: Reset notification should be generated for 85%
Actual Result: No notification is generated

Scenario No 2

1. Create a customer account with Credit limit  $170 and Thresholds (80%,90%,100 %)
2. Do an usage for $170.
3. Run pin_monitor_balance.

Expected Result: Notifications to be generated for thresholds 80%, 90% and 100%
Actual Result: Notifications generated for thresholds 80%, 90% and 100%
PASS

4. Reset Credit limit to $200 and thresholds 75%, 95%, 100%.

Expected result: Notifications to be generated for thresholds 95% and 100%
Actual Result: Notification generated only for 95% (No notification for 100%)

Scenario No 3

1. Create a customer account with Credit limit $250 and Thresholds (80%,90%,100 %)
2. Do an usage for $255.
3. Run pin_monitor_balance.

Expected Result: Notifications to be generated for thresholds 80%, 90% and 100%
Actual Result: Notifications generated for thresholds 80%, 90% and 100%
PASS

4. Reset Credit limit to $400 and thresholds 80%, 90%, 100%.

Expected result: Reset notifications to be generated for thresholds 80%, 90% and 100%
Actual Result: Notification generated for 80%, 90%,100%, and one more 100%.
