Where is the setting for "Suppress warning for non-migrated CRFs" (Doc ID 731962.1)

Goal

In RDC 4.5.3.10, the setting for "Suppress warning for non-migrated CRFs", is
located in Oracle Clinical under Admin -> DCI Form Local Database settings
->DCI Form Definition settings.

It should be under Admin -> DCI Form Local Database settings ->DCI Form
Runtime settings.
