Undo Process Error: 3120: Activity 'FEM_UD/<Activity ID>' Has No Performer Error When Undoing Rules

1. Go to Process Management-> Executed Rules
2. Select one rule. Press Remove button and Submit
3. The data is removed from the FEM_BALANCES table, but there are error workflow notifications.
