Goal

In an upgrade system say for example 6.5 to 7.2.1 or 6.7 environment to 7.3.1. When opening the Plans tab in Customer Center on one of the accounts in the upgraded environment Customer Center  reports an error: "Customer Center either cannot connect to or retrieve information from the BRM database..."
