Symptoms

On 12 in Production:
When attempting to check the 'Allow ATP' flag in the Application Instances form, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Source instance 'MRO' already has a designated ATP destination instance pointed to by db link '<dblink name>'. Please uncheck first 'Allow ATP' flag in the destination instance corresponding to source 'MRO'.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Advanced Planning Administrator
2. Navigation: Admin > Instances
3. Attempt to check the 'Allow ATP' box
