Error When Browse The DCM Or DCI Graphic Layout (Doc ID 734986.1)

When you are trying to browse the DCM or DCI graphic layout, you get an error.

When you click Special-->Browse DCM layout. (Or DCI layout)

Get error message e.g.:

Layout Editing Session in Progress
To use DCM form close Layout Editor
[Close Layout Editor]
