Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to load data running EBS Full Download workflow
the following error occurs:

ERROR
Process ID: 3186 Schema ID: 631 Schema name: "EBS Full Download" Step ID: "LoadItems" Step name:
"LoadItems" Error descripton "Database internal error: ORA-20002: ORA-20003;"

DB_EXCEPTION_LOG table shows:

08/31/2008 00:05:06 DATA_LOAD "ORA-20003:
Error in PACKAGE BODY DATA_LOAD line 3647
executing ACTIVE_PROC_DYN('EP_CHECK_ITEMS('A')')"

collaborator.log file shows:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20002: ORA-20003:

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the data into the staging tables, t_Src_sales_tmpl, t_src_item_tmpl, t_src_loc_tmpl
2. Login to the Workflow Manager.
3. Start the workflow 'EBS Full Download'
4. Check the status by clicking on the 'Instance' number of the workflow.
5. Check the status on the Collaborator Workbench in the My Tasks pane.
