Goal

Setting up the payloadconfig.xml file for eai_js, the requirement is to respond to an account being added or removed from a billing group and publish an event naming the parent and child billing account id's in question.

For example:


(where "0.0.0.1-1190117" and "0.0.0.1-1188916" are the account numbers of the origin parent and child accounts being moved).

How should the event be defined in the payloadconfig.xml, in order to achieve this result?
