Created a Work order, added material and  activated it. Material failed with error in uploaded data.
Need to reinterface these lines. What do I do to correct the problem and then get it to
re-interface? The error message is:

NO deliver_to_requestor_id and preparer_id for the user_name:SYNERGEN INSERTION INTO
PO_INTERFACE_REQUISITIONS_ALL FAILEDEXCEPTION BEFORE SUBMITTING THE STD REQUEST
