Problems Starting CCB Environment After Upgrading To MTM (Doc ID 735531.1)

After the installation of required Single Fixes and MTM in an environment, it will no longer start successfully.

The webserver appears to complete starting up however, the application does not start and cannot be logged into.


Starting with CC&B 2.2 plus customisations, plus the May 2008 Single Fix rollup.

Installed the prerequisite single fix group for MTM (7299159):
- Execute CDXDBI.exe.
- Install Framework Single Fixes.
- Install CC&B Single Fixes.

Installed MTM (7299132):
- Execute CDXDBI.exe.
- Installed prerequisite Single Fix 7259856
- Added the XAI Sample Data.
- Installed MTM 2.2
- Executed OraGenSec.exe to generate security
- Attempted environment startup
