Error occurs when using Customer Center's Plan and Service tabs. This only happens with large
accounts with a lot of services and/or plans. Small accounts are displayed in Customer Center
without any problem:
[AWT-EventQueue-0] DDD error on opcode execution, ERR_OP_ALREADY_BUSY

Steps To Reproduce:
Select an account with large number of services/plans and try to browse the Plan/Service tabs.
