JDBC DC Stops To Insert NAR's Into The Database (Doc ID 735821.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Mediation - Version: 5.0.1
This problem can occur on any platform.

This issue occurs when you have the following setup:

1. Configure SDM as "outbound" transfer mode and define a RTB schedule (with RFTPW protocol)to
send active GCDR file to CGF NRTT CC input directory.
2. Configure this NRTT CC to send NAR to JDBC DC.

In the first couple of hours, NRTT CC can process CDR and send NAR to JDBC DC, JDBC DC can insert these NAR into database. After couple of hours, JDBC stops to process NAR, NAR are queued in JDBC DC's input directory more and more. When JDBC DC stops to works, NRTT CC keeps to process active file in it's input directory.
