Goal

We have SMS CDR, and also have created the template using UEM. Using UEL, from the CDR file the fields which are required for rating are retrieved and updated in the BRM database. Will the rating for the events be handled by the UEL loader itself or any events triggered by the BRM database should be rated manually?
