Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Unable to add Meter Reads via Web Self Service and existing Meter Reads are not being displayed.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to Web Self Service url of relevant CC&B instance,
2. Click on 'Account Information' on LHS menu
3. For Service displayed, click on 'Add Meter Read'
4. Next screen is 'View/Add Meter Reads' - click 'Add Meter Read' button (Says 'No meter exists!'
even though it does)
