Changes To Primary Reporter Checkbox Are Not Saved (Doc ID 737488.1)

Affects AERS 4.6.1.3 through AERS 4.6.1.8

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:


Updating the 'Primary Flag' for a Reporter Contact without making any other change to case data
does not:


a) Prompt user to save the change when exiting the case
b) Save change when an explicit commit is performed on this one update for a case
c) Changes are not retained on requery of case

-- Steps To Reproduce:


- AERS 4.6.1.3 through 4.6.1.8
- Open any existing case
- Navigate to the 'Reporters' screen
- Toggle on or off the 'Primary?' checkbox
- Save Record (F10) or by clicking on the 'Save' icon
- No changes are committed to the database
- Case Closes and on requery the update has not been saved.

- AERS 4.6.1.3 through 4.6.1.8
- Open any existing case
- Navigate to the 'Reporters' screen
- Toggle on or off the 'Primary?' checkbox
- Click on the [x] to close the case record window in top right
- User should be prompted if they wish to save changes e.g. SHOULD get message:

Do you want to save changes ?
(Yes][Discard Changes)(Cancel)

- NO SUCH pop-up appears
- Case closes without any warnings that record has been changed
- On case Re-query the update to the 'Primary?' checkbox record for the case has NOT been saved

Workaround: Update any other field for case then record for 'Primary?' is also saved
