The JDBC DC Stops Operation Without an Error Message (Doc ID 737528.1)

Symptoms

The JDBC DC is tasked with pushing data records into the database. The JDBC works correctly for
large amounts of time, but then will appear to stop operations.   There are no alarms present in the GUI, and no logs in the node or node manager log file to give insight to why it has stopped operation.

A workaround exists. The JDBC DC can be restarted with a stop/start action, at which time it will begin processing data again.  In addition to this, the frequency of the stoppage problem can be decreased by decreasing the size of the record batches processed by the DC.
