java.lang.NullPointerException importing PSR order via CORBA API importPSR_v3 (Doc ID 737765.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a PSR order using the importPSR_v3 CORBA API method, the following error occurs:

ERROR :

    java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

    1. Import a PSR order using the importPSR_v3 CORBA API method
    2. The error below is received:

Field: [LMetaSolv.CORBA.WDI.WDIError; = Array (values following
[0] Field: code = 0
[0] Field: reason = java.lang.NullPointerException


BUSINESS IMPACT :

Due to this issue, we cannot import PSR orders.
