Symptoms

After migrating the legacy data into MetaSolv Solution database and applying patch MSS 6.0.15.b351, the DBA group noticed that multiple records have been modified in PORT_ADDRESS table, causing data inconsistency. Why the CR22014.sql script has modified 242233 records in PORT_ADDRESS table.

Migration the legacy data into MetaSolv Solution environment.
