Last updated on APRIL 07, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Communications ASAP Cartridges - Version: 1.1.0
This problem can occur on any platform.

-- Problem Statement:
When provisioning the LOC_RINGBK_TONE_ID in the PSX Trunkgroup table, the modTrunkGroupRb() method is not resetting this value during rollback testing. The query was run and  OLD_LOC_RINGBK_TONE_ID = ANC_ISUP_SP, but this is not being set in the PSX. The PSX shows Local_Ring_Back_Tone_Id : DEFAULT_IP_PROFILE after the rollback has completed successfully.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Start with the trunkgroup (NEAMTEST2) in the PSX with
Local_Ring_Back_Tone_Id : ANC_ISUP_SP

Run an order to modify the trunkgroup. First do a query and get:
Returning parameter OLD_LOC_RINGBK_TONE_ID(C), value ANC_ISUP_SP

Then execute modify trunkgroup and set the value to:

then the order fails, so modify rollback is executed with:

The command completes successfully but the PSX shows the following:
Local_Ring_Back_Tone_Id : DEFAULT_IP_PROFILE

WO_ID = A03052-PB378-TC29C

-- Business Impact:
Service never gets set properly for when the modify fails on the PSX NE.
