Goal

Oracle Communications Network Discovery utilizes an internal data format, Network Accounting Records (NARs), to communicate between cartridges. It is sometimes desirable to inspect these records, as they may contain raw data from the network device, prior to being converted into other formats. Network Discovery contains an internal tool to convert the NAR records to an easy to read XML format.
