Data Extract Views Give Wrong Results. (Doc ID 738107.1)

-- Problem Statement:
Extract Views are not being created correctly when View Creation Mode is selected. Selecting
DATA_ONLY or SEPARATE_VIEW for Data Extract View Creation Mode does not produce the expected result

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. From the main menu, Select: Conduct -> Data Extract -> Data Extract Views
2. In the Submission Window: Maintain Data Extract Views Select:
Account Type: Current
Name of study access account: <STUDY>$current (it does not matter which study is being selected)
Queue name to submit SAS: SAS_BATCH
View Maintenance Mode: INCREMENTAL
Data Extract View Creation Mode: DATA_ONLY
3. Select -> Submit Job
