Symptoms

Application users are locked out for 30 minutes after entering the wrong password more than 5 times when attempting to trying to logon to the MetaSolv Solution client (tbs.exe).


Recreation Steps


1) Integrate WebLogic Server with any external LDAP server like MS Active Directory or IPlanet LDAP.

2) Logon to the MetaSolv Solution client (tbs.exe) application using the wrong password more than 5 times.

3) Verify the following entry captured in the MetaSolv Solution logs:
