Telephone Number Change Problem

This problem can occur on any platform.
Using a Spanish [Venezuela] or French configured windows client workstation with Registry changed to allow Spanish or French as choice for MSS the following windows had problems: Assign Telephone Number to an Order and Reserve Telephone Numbers.
When using a Spanish [Venezuela] or French setting in a Spanish or French configured windows client workstation, the TN assignment function is throwing an error and not completing same.
This is not happening with English or Spanish [Mexico] configured workstations.
Customer is unable to issue orders for Telephone Numbers.
