Telephone Number Change Problem (Doc ID 739458.1)

Using a Spanish [Venezuela] or French configured windows client workstation with Registry changed to allow Spanish or French as choice for MSS the following windows had problems: Assign Telephone Number to an Order and Reserve Telephone Numbers.

Symptoms

When using a Spanish  or French setting in a Spanish / French configured windows client workstation, the TN assignment function is throwing an error and not completing same. 
This is not happening with English or Spanish <Mexixo> configured workstations.

Customer is unable to issue orders for Telephone Numbers.

Changes

Client workstations are windows based, configured with Regional setting as Spanish [Venezuela] or French and Registry changed in order to allow choice of use of Spanish or French when running MSS.
