The System Generates Incorrect Alert for NBB in Dashboard in CCB v.2.2.0 (Doc ID 739465.1)

Symptoms

When two SA TYPEs exist with the same SA TYPE name, but for different CIS DIVISIONs, this causes the Dashboard Alerts to show both NBB SA TYPEs for an Account that has one of these NBB SAs.

For example, the following set up:
SA TYPE | CIS DIVISION | Description
--------------------------------------
NBB-MRR | California   | Monthly NBB - Monitored w/ Req Renew
NBB-MRR | Australia    | AUST - Monthly NBB - Monitored w/ Req Renew

This example above results in having both the descriptions appear in the Dashboard Alert for any Account that has one of these NBB SAs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect only the SA TYPE used on the NBB to appear in the Dashboard Alert for the Account.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two SA TYPEs with the same SA TYPE name, but for different CIS DIVISIONs.
2. Create a NBB for an Account using one of the SA TYPEs created in step one.
3. Check how many alerts for NBB appear in the Dashboard for the Account.
