After password expiry, user can logon to the Suspense Management GUI.
In CM's pin.conf set the below confirmation as below:
- cm passwd_age 90
For the CSR account in Customer Center set the password to 'Expiry'.
After the expiry date of the password ( After PVT 90 days from setting the password to Expiry' ), log into Suspense Management Center.
It will still allow to log into Suspense Management Center.
