Symptoms

When accessing the Risks screen in a Business Process, the following error is displayed:

Error inGetScopeFlag(); Requested Service not found

Changes

The GRCM 7.7.2 installation was customized.  The change worked successfully on a test system. A new user defined filed was added to the Risks page in the Business Process.
