ConcurrentProgram:MRCFAL1 - Copy/Merge Forecast

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to run MRCFAL1 module: Copy/Merge Forecast the following error occurs:

mrcpfs_copy_forecast: Cannot allocate memory for forecasts
Cause: The current routine cannot allocate memory for the specified entity.
Action: Contact your customer support representative.

.memd_temp_forecasts: Cannot allocate memory for new_block->block

Cause 0:26
Buf : ()...
Buf : ()...

ulimit -a shows unlimited set for data:

time(seconds) unlimited
file(blocks) unlimited
data(kbytes) unlimited
stack(kbytes) unlimited
coredump(blocks) unlimited
nofiles(descriptors) 131072
vmemory(kbytes) unlimited

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Copy/Merge Forecast
2. log file fails
