Chaining Results do not show in the Worksheet Until I Close out Completely from Demantra and then log back in and re-run

This problem can occur on any platform.
Client successfully ran a Chaining profile but the results are not visible in the worksheet until they close out completely from Demantra and then log back in and re-run the worksheet (at which point the correct chained values are visible).
Note that logging out of Demantra refers to the individual end user session and not restarting the web server itself.
