When using the the Multilink Interface creation Configuration Policy, the interfaces created on some
IOS versions is SNMP type 108 and on some, it is of type 32.

On some "older" IOS versions the same configuration commands are issued and all appears to work, but the actual interface created is SNMP type 32. On device re-discovery a fault is raised indicating that the type has changed from 108 to 32.

This is a documentation problem in that the CP should/would support creating type 32
interfaces as well as 108.

Conditions exist when an IOS is upgraded resulting in changes to the command syntax and the device is re-discovered.
