When Canceling A Discount With Earlier End_t, Old Value Is Being Overwritten. (Doc ID 741248.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
The end_t is being overwritten when canceling a discount with an earlier end_t from the Customer Center.  It is not the issue when canceling the product with earlier end_t.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an account with Standard GSM plan on 2-April-2011
2. Then from the Customer Center changed the Purchase, Usage and Cycle end time of the discount object to 2-May-2011 (earlier it was never)
3. Then advanced the pin_virtual_time to 4-June-2011
4. Cancel the Discount.

Expected Result:
Purchase,Usage and Cycle PIN_FLD_CYCLE_END_T timestamp of discount object was 2-May-2011.

Actual Result:
Purchase,Usage and Cycle PIN_FLD_CYCLE_END_T timestamp of discount object was set back to 4-June-2011.
