Trial Billing and dm_oracle Parameters

Goal
When launching pin_trial_bill on several accounts, the batch does not terminate (needs use CTRL+C keys to stop the process), and does not create trial invoices when the parameter "pin_mta children" in pin_trial_bill pin.conf is set to 5. The batch does not terminate and there is nothing in the logs. It works instead if "children" parameter is set to 1 (trial invoices are created).
As per the dm_oracle pin.conf, n_fe set to 4, max_per_fe set to 16,trans_be_max set to 4 and n_be set to 8.
BRM should return an error when it cannot perform the trial billing with the parameters present in dm.pin.conf.
Why the billing works well with some dm.pin.conf parameters, and the trial billing does not work with the same one?
