Symptoms
The time on the data entry screen in OC deviates from the time in the PDF. The time deviation between the PDF time and the time on the data entry screen is related to the local PC time. This is a structural difference; all queries display the same time difference. After ending the session (log-off) and then starting a new session(log-on) the time difference across the system is the same for all queries, but different than the previous session. After 4 times logged on, the following deviations were found between the time in OC versus time in the pdf; 30 seconds, 8 seconds, 15 seconds and 45 seconds.
