Symptoms

"Unknown Error" appears on Java Client when attempting to change status of specific Change.
"Unknown Error" appears on Java Client when performing Release Audit on specific Change.
"! null" appears on Web Client when attempting to change status of specific Change.
"! null" appears on Web Client when performing Release Audit on specific Change.
The problem Change has affected items with a BOM.
