Goal

1. Detailed explanation for records created in our user_preference table.
2. Why would we have entries in this table where the Keyword = UserAppServerPath when there is a record setup at the Keyword = SysPathServerPath.

For Instance, we have one record:
Keyword = SysPathServerPath
INI_section = API
User_id = <username>
Key_value = http://<hostname:port>/backoffice

And if we have multiple records:
Keyword = UserAppServerPath
INI_section = API
User_id = <username>
Key_value = http://<hostname:port)/backoffice

Can we remove the 'Keyword = UserAppServerPath' records because the path is already set up at the
'system' level? Does one 'override' the other?
