-- Problem Statement:
The Bill in progress page and item detail page display different values for Charge Amount in Customer Center
The display on the later is the correct one
-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create an account from a Pricing plan which can offer some discount during purchase or usage and navigate to the bill in progress link and look under the item charges usage summary.The charge column does not reflect the correct value. If you go to the breakdown of the charges we can see the proper values.
