Unable To Login Using OSM Admin Client (Doc ID 743414.1)

Users cannot log into the OSM Administrator if the users password contains special characters such as "&"

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Set OSM Admin user password as "pass&word"
2. Try to loging  into OSM Administrator as this user
