How does one interface CCB and IVR system, as being able to launch the Control Central using the ActiveX component CDxCTI.CDxNavigator?
The CDxCTI ActiveX components are installed on the IVR development machine (client) as per the
instructions given in the CC&B Online Help. On the same machine where the ActiveX component is installed, the IVR Implementer has installed Visual Basic 6.
