Symptoms

Problem Statement:

System performance is badly degraded and billing has not completed for many accounts. There aremmultiple errors in the CM and DM logs.

Steps To Reproduce:

Perform normal business activities such as closing an account in Customer Center. System is
unresponsive.

Business Impact:

Unable to bill accounts or perform essential business processes.
